Also user can record approved variation in the contract value. User can record details of job wise expense through Journal, Receipt and Payment vouchers. Agreement
Elixir Industrial Accounting module give an option to generate sub contract agreement for each project. Also user can specify what are the activities are involved in each sub contract. In sub contract agreement we can specify all the details about like retention and advance percentage. Sub contract will automatically generate the account codes related with sub-contractor account (Advance, material retention, retention account).
Payment certificate
Elixir Industrial Accounting module will give end user to create payment certificates against each sub contract. This payment certificate will automatically fetch contract value of the sub contract. In payment certificate user can specify approved variations and unapproved variations in the sub contract. Payment certificate will automatically all retentions and advance deduction. Also user can specify work done details of each payment certificate.
